I won $2.00 with scratch tickets that my brother's family gave me for Christmas! See below ....

Well, at least one of my numbers was only off by one, and another one was exactly right!

On December 16, I remember taking this picture of the Capitol from Reagan International Airport in Washington, D.C. However, I took an Ambien shortly after this -- I didn't know what else to take for my fear of flying -- and, as a result, I don't remember anything else until I was at my parent's house with my brother later that evening.



Then, a week later I played these numbers (on two tickets) for Mega Millions:

Well, it would appear that I did not win anything.

I wanted to get closer to take this picture of a squirrel, but he looked at me warily. Realizing it was my only chance, I took the picture.

Well, 9 is only one off from 10 ... but, other than that, I did not do so well!

I stopped my car and got out to take this picture this morning. I guess I never thought something like this could actually happen, but as all can see there is photographic proof now.



I then drove to the liquor store and played these numbers for Megabucks:

I got two numbers right, and another one was only off by one from TWO of the correct numbers.

The ghostly string of blue Christmas lights traced out a shaky letter "Z" in the cold darkness of the night.

I didn't win, but three numbers were only off by one each!

On my way to buy my Megabucks ticket this morning, a cloud of billowing, colored leaves rushed past me. However, a cross current of wind hit it from the side, and the now-spiraling shape began pulling more and more leaves into itself.
