My Massachusetts Lottery Blog

A log that gets a grade of "B" -- thereby creating the word "BLOG" -- describing my quest to win one of the Massachusetts State lottery games.

pardon my hoarse voice

I walked up to the customer service counter in the grocery store to buy a lottery ticket. "One quick-pick Mass Cash, please," I said in a croaking voice, since I have a cold. "You have to excuse my voice today," I added.

"Mass Cash isn't drawn today ... Tuesday's the day," she replied.

Apparently my voice was so hard to understand that she misheard what I had said. I smiled, though, pretending that she had said just the right thing, took my ticket from her when she handed it to me and went home.

My numbers for Tuesday's Mass Cash (Nov. 30) are:

05 - 06 - 08 - 22 - 28

two tickets

I bought a Megabucks quick pick ticket on Sunday, and then I bought another one today. They're both for tonight's drawing. The numbers are:
  1. Sunday's ticket: 04-05-07-13-35-38
  2. Today's ticket: 02-16-18-34-41-42
We will see if I win from either one.

Note: When I was waiting in line at the liquor store to buy the ticket from today, the elderly man in front of me pointed to the bag with the item in it that he had just purchased and said, "What's that?" ... as if he had forgotten what he had just bought.

"A peanut butter cup," the clerk replied, looking confused.
